Pricing
You pay when it works
No setup fees. No per-seat fees. No per-minute or per-message fees. You are billed for conversations the AI actually resolved, and for nothing else.
Launch offer
Your first month is free, up to 10,000 resolved conversations.
Not a trial with the useful parts removed — the full platform, every channel, on your real traffic. If it resolves 10,000 conversations in month one, you pay nothing for any of them.
per resolved conversation
Your rate is quoted on monthly volume and fixed in writing before you go live, so it cannot move once you have built on it. Pilots start from $2,000 a month once the free month ends.

Standard pricing
One rate. Everything else is included.
The full platform on every plan — voice, chat, WhatsApp, email, the flow editor, the knowledge base and your integrations. The only thing that moves the bill is how many conversations the AI resolved.

The AI handled it end to end and the customer did not come back on the same issue within 48 hours.
If the agent hands the conversation to one of your people, it is not a resolution and you are not charged for it.
Counted against the original conversation, not billed again. This is what stops us being paid to be fast rather than useful.
Voice, WhatsApp, web, email and SMS. One agent across all of them.
Add as many human agents, flows and integrations as you need. None of them move the bill.
Higher monthly volume lowers your per-resolution rate automatically. The rate is fixed in writing before you go live.
The definition
What counts as a resolution
It goes in the contract, not in our dashboard where we could quietly move it.
A conversation counts as resolved when it reached its intended outcome — the question answered, the claim opened, the order rerouted, the booking made — with no human intervention, and with no repeat contact on the same issue within 48 hours.
That last clause matters. Without it, a system can look excellent by ending conversations quickly and letting the customer call back tomorrow. Counting the repeat contact against the original conversation removes the incentive to be fast rather than useful.
If a conversation escalates to a human, you do not pay for it. We would rather lose the revenue than argue about whether a handoff was really a success.
Questions
Pricing FAQ
What does "outcome-based" actually mean?
You pay for conversations the AI resolved without a human. If it escalates, you do not pay for it. Most platforms charge per seat or per minute regardless of whether anything got solved — which means the vendor gets paid the same whether the product works or not. We would rather be paid when it does.
How is a "resolution" defined?
A conversation that reached its intended outcome — the question answered, the claim opened, the booking made — with no human intervention and no repeat contact on the same issue within 48 hours. The definition is written into the contract, not left to our dashboard.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fee on Pilot or Growth. Enterprise deployments with data residency or private infrastructure requirements are scoped individually.
What happens if we go over the pilot volume?
Nothing breaks. We talk about moving you to Growth. We do not cut off a live agent mid-month because a storm generated more claims than forecast.
How long does it take to go live?
The target is under a day from signing to a live agent handling real calls — knowledge base uploaded, flow built, number connected. Complex core-system integrations take longer, but the agent does not wait for them to start answering.
Do you charge for the flow editor or extra agents?
No. Building more flows and more agents is how the product gets more useful to you. Charging for it would be charging you for adopting it.
